JJ ECC82(12AU7) Preamp Tubes
With a much lower overall gain than the 12AX7 type, these fine tubes can be used to tame extremely wild preamps and are also used in many vintage guitar amps such as Gibson, Hammond, Leslie, Sunn, Vox, as well as in many of the finer tube hi-fi amplifiers like McIntosh.

Shuguang 12AX7A
These are the real deal, Chinese manufactured Shuguang / Sino / PRC preamp tubes, specified by some of the top boutique amplifier designers. Highly regarded for their bright sound, high gain and very ample output, these premium 12AX7A tubes are carefully screened for noise and microphonics and hand-picked for good gain and high output. These were standard original equipment in nearly every high gain amplifier produced from the 80's onward. Great tone, great price.

Ei Elite Gold Premium 12AX7
Featuring long smooth silver plates and gold-plated pins, these premium, hand selected 12AX7 tubes are the cream of the Ei crop, and the choice of many tone purists and audiophiles worldwide.
